Conner Magee
Conner leads the Glaschu kitchen with a style that is personal and quietly confident, shaped by classical training, Nordic influence and a belief that great cooking should never hide behind unnecessary complexity.
Trained in Michelin kitchens including Aquavit London, Inver and Alchemilla, he cooks for clarity and flavour, rooted in exceptional Scottish produce.
